There aren't any rule sheets. Rules are pretty simple. Your Pikachu faints, it's dead. You can heal it, but no revives. Potions, yes. Revives, no. If it dies, you gotta release it or put it in a box called "NEVER FORGET" or whatever, just don't use it ever again, not even for HM's. Also, you can't pick what Pikachu's you want. You can only have the first one you find in an area. You can't go back to an area to catch something else, and if you fail to catch the first pokemon you see, you lose it. HOWEVER. If there's a route with grass and a lake of water, the water and the grass are seperate, you can catch one thing in both. Caves, however, don't work that way. One area of a cave is still the same cave.

Why isn't Nuzlocke doing the run through Emerald? Its a longer game.

A lot of the stuff in the whole "/v/ IS FUCKING HARDCORE" rules are implied in the comics.

He never switches when prompted, his beautifly died because he couldn't use an antidote or potions out of battle, which you find a fuckton of inside the forest anyway.

You have to form deep connections with your Pokemon, because it's not challenging if you don't. Nobody cares if they release another derp for their party. But you'd hate it if you have to release "King Arm Thrust"

OP never backtracks to route 1. If 1 Pokemon wouldn't make a difference, why would everyone be so caught up to try to win that back?

Though nobody says anything in threads about Pokeballs, 1 per mart, people talk in streams. Everyone seems to agree with that.

Areas were defined as routes or towns. If you're in route 103 and you fish for a lotad, then you catch a lotad in the grass, that's like doubling your Pokemon, since most of the water routes also have some grass in them.

The 1 pokeball per pokemart was a stupid rule added because those idiots think that lololol1pokeball=1instapokemon. Which is retarded. Late in the game, pokemon start getting lower catch rates.

You don't know if beautifly died because Nuzlocke didn't have an antidote, or was added just to get extra drama in the comic. Also, he doesn't draw about everything that happens in his run (a wild theory: got a lot of antidotes, used them and run out). There are as many wurmples in the forest as there are antidotes.
